Description
The Maintenance Technician will diagnose and repair building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and equipment issues; complete resident service requests; perform preventative maintenance and inspections; respond to emergencies; inspect alarm systems; and perform snow removal. The role requires a rotating on-call schedule, basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge, at least three years of residential property management maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate with tenants and staff.
