Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of residential maintenance experience
At least 3 years of residential property management maintenance technician experience
Experience working in older buildings
Make-ready experience
General apartment maintenance and repair experience
Preferred Qualifications: Strong painting, drywall, and plumbing skills
Basic residential plumbing and electrical knowledge
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
