Description
The Property Maintenance Technician performs hands-on maintenance for apartment communities, including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, pool and spa maintenance, groundskeeping, and emergency response. The role requires a valid driver's license, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders. Compensation is $22-$25 based on experience, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, insurance, and on-call stipend benefits.
