The Maintenance Technician will maintain the physical integrity of Palermo Apartments by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, unit make-readies, inventory management, and resident service. The role requires strong building-systems skills, troubleshooting ability, safety compliance, customer service, and a valid driver’s license, with 1–3 years of maintenance experience and HVAC certification preferred.
