Description
The General Maintenance Technician supports a healthcare facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, fixtures, and structures; responding to work orders; supporting preventive maintenance; and ensuring compliance with healthcare safety and infection-control standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of general maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems, and the ability to travel between facilities. The position is based in Little Rock, Arkansas, with possible evening, weekend, or on-call work.
