The successful candidate will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of properties, focusing on cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include providing maintenance support for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, completing tasks promptly, reporting hazardous conditions, and maintaining the exterior and grounds of the property. The technician must also handle after-hours emergency coverage and uphold excellent service standards.
