RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Greystone at the Woodlands & Oaks to complete work orders and make-readies, maintain property grounds and common areas, perform preventative maintenance, support emergency calls, and provide customer service. The role pays $19 to $20 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, Microsoft Office knowledge, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States; EPA HVAC certification is preferred.
