RAM Partners, LLC is hiring an experienced Maintenance Tech for Greystone Summit Columbus to complete work orders and make-readies, maintain property grounds and common areas, perform preventive maintenance, support emergency calls, and provide customer service. The role pays $19 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, Microsoft Office knowledge, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States; EPA HVAC certification is preferred.
