RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for Hebron 121 Station in Lewisville, Texas. The role maintains the physical integrity of the property by completing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance; supporting emergency-call coverage; maintaining a clean work area; providing parts and material lists; and treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally. Compensation is $24 per hour, with bonuses, paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and other benefits. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required; EPA HVAC certification is preferred, along with communication, computer, multitasking, and flexible-schedule abilities.
