Reserve Johnson City is hiring a Maintenance Tech to maintain the physical integrity of a property by completing work orders and make-readies, maintaining grounds and common areas, performing preventative maintenance, supporting emergency calls, and providing parts and material lists. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, communication and computer skills, flexible scheduling including weekends, and legal authorization to work in the United States; EPA HVAC certification is preferred. Compensation is $22 to $24, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
