RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Tech for Orion McKinney to maintain the physical integrity of the property. The role includes completing work orders and make-readies, maintaining grounds and common areas, performing preventative maintenance, organizing work areas, providing parts and material lists, assisting with emergency calls, and delivering professional customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, flexible scheduling including weekends, and legal authorization to work in the United States; EPA HVAC certification is preferred. Compensation is $19 to $22 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.
