Description
The Chocolate Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining automated production and packaging lines in a chocolate manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting technical faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, improving machine performance, monitoring food-industry quality and safety standards, and reporting completed work to the day shift. It is a permanent night-shift position from Sunday night through Thursday night, with requirements including a technical diploma or equivalent practical experience, mechanics and electricity knowledge, PLC knowledge, production experience, Dutch language ability, and adherence to hygiene regulations.
