Randstad Belgium is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a permanent contract in the Ghent region. The role covers corrective and preventive maintenance of production installations, monitoring of steam, compressed air, nitrogen, and demineralized water utilities, workshop repairs, and administrative recording of hours and spare parts. Candidates need a technical A2 diploma or equivalent experience, strong technical insight, independent and team-working ability, safety awareness, and fluent Dutch. The position offers a market-rate salary, shift premium, meal vouchers, 12 ADV days, and a full-time three-shift schedule.
