Randstad Belgium is hiring a Technical Maintenance Employee to maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems at its Ghent sites, occasionally in Zele. The role includes preventive maintenance, fault resolution, spare-parts input, work preparation, documentation, and safe procedures. Candidates need at least A2-level technical education, preferably in electromechanics, prior technical maintenance and troubleshooting experience, independent and safe working ability, flexibility to work mainly in Ghent, and fluent Dutch and English communication.
