Description
The client is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its automated food-production site in the Antwerp region. The role involves diagnosing and repairing faults in automated machinery, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging and production lines, ovens, and steam chambers, maintaining auxiliary steam, heating, and cooling systems, and working with mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC controls. The technician will work in a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday, participate in an on-call system after onboarding, report to the Maintenance Manager, and contribute to continuous improvement. Technical education or equivalent experience, broad knowledge of the listed technologies, analytical problem-solving ability, and excellent Dutch are required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
