Description
The Maintenance Technician performs light construction and repair work throughout an apartment property, including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, minor electrical, appliance repair, exterior maintenance, and custodial work to prepare units for move-in. The role also includes preventative maintenance, safety compliance, resident and coworker professionalism, and confidentiality. Applicants need two years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent, two years of direct customer service experience, relevant maintenance certification or apprenticeship, communication skills, and availability for after-hours and occasional weekend work.
