Abraxas Youth and Family Services is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician at its Abraxas Leadership Development Program and Abraxas Youth Center in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. The role pays $18.00 per hour and includes voluntary overtime, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, paid time off, and training. Responsibilities include carpentry, groundskeeping, building and vehicle maintenance, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, custodial work, generator maintenance, equipment inspections, recordkeeping, and after-hours emergency support. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, background checks, and the ability to work with computers are required; certification or experience in an assigned maintenance field is preferred.
