S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Maintenance Technician in Gastonia, North Carolina, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. The role responds to resident service calls and performs plumbing, tile, drywall, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, fence, key-cutting, trash, lawn, pool, and carpet-care work. Candidates need general mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, EPA Freon Recovery and HVAC certificates, and current Fair Housing certification; advanced trade training or prior service-manager experience is preferred. The position may require after-hours emergency calls and rotating weekend or holiday coverage, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement matching, and other benefits.
