S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Maintenance Technician for its Cosmopolitan community in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role responds to resident service calls and performs plumbing, tile, drywall, electrical switch, fence, HVAC, refrigeration, key-cutting, trash pickup, lawn care, pool cleaning, and carpet shampooing work. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager, may require after-hours emergency response, and requires general mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, EPA Freon Recovery and HVAC certificates, and current Fair Housing certification.
