S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Maintenance Technician for its Parcview community in Alexandria, Virginia. The role responds to resident service calls and performs plumbing, tile, drywall, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, fence, key-cutting, trash, lawn, pool, and carpet-care work. It requires general mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license where applicable, EPA Freon Recovery and HVAC certificates, and current Fair Housing certification. The position may require after-hours emergency calls and rotating evening, weekend, and holiday schedules, and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement matching, and other benefits.
