Riverstone Communities is hiring a full-time Level 2 Maintenance Technician for its Moundsview Mobile Home Park in Mounds View, Minnesota. The role performs residential plumbing, electrical, groundskeeping, home cleanouts, meter reading, work-order completion, inventory checks, and other property-maintenance duties with minimal supervision. Candidates need 2–3 years of general labor experience, 1–2 years of basic residential plumbing experience, physical ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to learn basic technology.
