The Maintenance Technician performs day-to-day grounds and housekeeping maintenance for community assets, including minor repairs, cleaning, safety inspections, work-order management, and supply control. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of maintenance experience, physical ability to perform outdoor and indoor work, and flexibility for after-hours emergency calls.
