Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain rental properties across multiple sites in Columbia, South Carolina, performing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs; preparing vacant units for move-ins; conducting move-in/out and property audits; auditing vendor work; and managing service tasks through mobile apps. The role requires HVAC Type II certification, a valid driver’s license, troubleshooting skills, independent field work, mobile-app proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED. It is full-time with no on-call or weekend work, pays $25.00–$28.00 per hour, and includes a company vehicle, paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
