Description
The Maintenance Technician / Mechanic will operate, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role responds to service calls and emergency work, performs preventive maintenance, documents maintenance activities, supports facility occupants and contractors, and participates in after-hours and emergency response activities. The position requires an active Public Trust Security Clearance, high school diploma or GED, technical training, EPA Section 608 Certification, at least three years of commercial, industrial, or government facility maintenance experience, and U.S. citizenship.
