Description
The Maintenance Technician will set up, maintain, test, adjust, and support manufacturing machinery, dies, molds, tooling, and production equipment. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, supporting equipment upgrades, performing light machining and basic electrical controls repairs, assembling and debugging tooling, troubleshooting equipment, and managing purchased tooling and replacement tools. The role requires 3–5 years of technical or manufacturing experience, maintenance or equipment technician experience, blueprint-reading ability, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
