Description
The Maintenance Technician will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, and vehicle or golf-cart fields. The role performs routine and predictive maintenance, cleaning, equipment repairs, safety procedures, maintenance logging, and customer communication in an industrial environment. It requires at least six months of company or equivalent experience, two years of electrical experience, and a high school diploma or GED or equivalent training and experience; the position is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and pays $16.00–$17.00 per hour.
