Description
Sentral is hiring an in-person Maintenance Technician I to perform building and mechanical maintenance, including plumbing, painting, flooring repair, electrical repairs, carpentry, and heating and air conditioning system maintenance. The role involves routine and preventative maintenance, safety inspections, emergency repairs, vendor coordination, inventory management, and a rotating on-call schedule. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, maintenance experience or a related technical degree, tool and diagnostic skills, and CPO and HVAC certifications; knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems is a plus.
