Smyth is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Minneapolis facility to repair and troubleshoot electro-mechanical machinery, motion controls, motors, pneumatic systems, pumps, and related mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment. The role involves equipment diagnostics, precision testing, inventory and parts support, and adherence to safety procedures, with a three-days-per-week schedule, 12-hour shifts, and rotating weekend on-call availability. Candidates need a high school education, at least two years of related experience, and must be available for off-schedule calls and overtime; PLC, HMI, Lean Manufacturing, BRC/ISO, and CMMS knowledge are preferred.
