The role covers building and grounds upkeep, minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs, equipment setup and repair, preventative maintenance, deliveries, permits, inspections, fire drills, vendor coordination, recycling, hazardous waste, equipment manuals, and safety inspections. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of general maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license.
