Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Manager with general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant. The role responds to resident and family requests and performs electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, structural, exterior, irrigation, vegetation, pool, hardscape, and roofing work. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a relevant certificate or six months of related experience and training, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate with residents and families, and work safely. Weekend availability is required, and the position offers medical, dental, vision, life, and other insurance options.
