Spring Oak is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to work on-site at The Lakewood Courtyard in Lakewood, New Jersey. The role maintains the building and grounds, performs light electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and plumbing work, handles drywall repair and painting, repairs appliances and office equipment, protects grounds during inclement weather, and ensures safe storage of supplies and equipment. The position requires handyman skills across at least two trades, strong organizational skills, and availability to be on call as needed.
