Galleria Woods Senior Living is hiring a per-diem Maintenance Technician for evening and weekend shifts at its senior living community. The role performs routine and emergency repairs, responds to service requests, completes work orders, troubleshoots HVAC systems, supports seasonal projects, and maintains tools and supplies. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs, and strong communication and customer service skills. The position pays $21–$23 per hour based on experience and requires lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent use of ladders, standing, walking, and bending.
