Description
Rose Senior Living is hiring a full-time, day-shift Maintenance Technician to support the physical plant of a senior living community. The role performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs, building equipment and plumbing repairs, minor electrical and appliance repairs, painting, irrigation and vehicle maintenance, snow removal, and timely response to service requests while maintaining a safe and clean environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of building maintenance experience, including apartment or healthcare community maintenance, are required. The position pays $19.50–$21.50 per hour and reports to the Director of Plant Operations.
