Description
Heritage at Irene Woods is recruiting a hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician to oversee the care and maintenance of the community’s physical plant, including preventative maintenance, resident and staff service requests, equipment and system safety, regulatory compliance, and repair parts and controls for electrical, plumbing, laundry, lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, hardware, locks, batteries, tools, supplies, emergency telephone, and security equipment. The role requires a high school diploma and an associate degree or equivalent in relevant education, training, and experience; maintenance supervisor experience and HVAC experience are preferred.
