Description
Sunset Farm Foods, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Valdosta, Georgia, to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment; perform preventive maintenance; inspect compressors, electrical connections, and motor operations; test equipment; maintain records; and follow plant safety policies. The role requires at least three years of industrial mechanic experience, knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, and conveyors, familiarity with 3-phase/120V systems and PLC troubleshooting, blueprint and schematic reading, and hand-tool and power-tool skills. Electrical and ammonia refrigeration experience are advantages, and overtime and weekend work may be required.
