Tailwind Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for its Quarters Columbia student housing community in Columbia, Missouri. The role performs general repairs, preventative maintenance, property upkeep, work-order completion, vendor coordination, and after-hours emergency response, with occasional nights or weekends. It requires at least one year of building maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and physically; student housing, appliance, HVAC, pool-service, and Entrata experience are preferred. The position pays $19.85–$24.71 per hour plus bonus potential and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement matching, and parental leave. It is fully in-person and not eligible for visa sponsorship.
