Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs troubleshooting, maintenance repairs, and preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities at the Martinsburg plant. The role supports production, maintains the maintenance shop and central storage areas, uses hand tools and material-handling equipment, and troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems. It requires a high school diploma or GED, extensive industrial maintenance experience, PLC troubleshooting ability, basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
