Description
The Plant Maintenance Technician reviews work orders, installs and relocates plant equipment, repairs and modifies systems, performs preventative maintenance, responds to emergency repairs, inspects equipment, and maintains records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, preventative maintenance experience, knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, welding, and the ability to read schematics and use measuring tools. The position involves 8-hour shifts, overtime, physical lifting and bending, and compliance with OSHA, Textron, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
