Description
The Scion Group is hiring a Facilities Technician II to respond to maintenance and repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, prepare apartments for turnovers, monitor and test building and life-safety systems, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and complete service requests. The role requires a high school or GED, trade school diploma, or equivalent combination with 3–5 years of full-time general maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA 608 certifications, pool-operator certification or intent to obtain it, a valid driver’s license, computer and building-system knowledge, and the ability to work on-call, travel, and perform physically demanding work.
