Description
The Social Hub is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel facilities, guest areas, and related spaces safe, functional, and well maintained. The role handles plumbing, lighting, locks, small repairs, preventative maintenance, walkarounds, painting and cosmetic fixes, contractor coordination, and inventory of tools and spare parts while supporting the Maintenance Manager. Candidates need at least two years of similar maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, hands-on technical and problem-solving abilities, flexibility, independent and team-oriented work habits, and fluent Italian.
