Description
The Social Hub is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel, student accommodation, and shared hospitality spaces safe, functional, and well maintained. The role handles day-to-day repairs involving plumbing, lighting, locks, and other minor issues; performs walkarounds and preventative maintenance; completes painting and cosmetic fixes; coordinates external contractors; monitors maintenance stock; and supports the Maintenance Manager. Applicants need at least two years of similar maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, strong hands-on technical ability, problem-solving skills, independence, flexibility, fluent local-language ability, and a positive guest-focused attitude.
