Thompson Thrift is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its The Quinn multifamily community in Pensacola, Florida. The role supports daily maintenance operations by completing service requests, diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general carpentry issues, performing preventative maintenance, assisting with apartment make-readies and turnovers, documenting work, coordinating vendors, and participating in emergency response and on-call rotations. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift 50–80 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
