Description
Thompson Thrift is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Alta25 multifamily community in Monument, Colorado. The role performs service requests, repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry, preventative maintenance, inspections, make-readies, turnovers, documentation, vendor coordination, emergency response, and on-call work. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift 50–100 pounds. EPA, HVAC, and Certified Pool Operator certifications are preferred. The Colorado pay range is $24–$26 USD.
