The Maintenance Technician performs comprehensive maintenance, repairs, renovations, inspections, and emergency response across multi-family and single-family properties. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, common-area and grounds maintenance, safety-system upkeep, vendor coordination, resident communication, work-order documentation, and on-call emergency coverage. Candidates need 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of multiple trades and building codes, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills. The position pays $50,000–$55,000.
