TREK Development Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Rosemont, a 106-unit residential property. The role performs repairs, turnovers, work orders, preventative maintenance, emergency and weekend service, and exterior upkeep, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and grounds maintenance. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of multi-site multi-family operational management experience, and at least two years of advanced hands-on trade experience; trade certifications and child-abuse clearances are required or preferred. The position pays $27.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, sick days, holidays, disability and life insurance, a 401(k), and an EAP.
