University City Housing is hiring Maintenance Technicians to perform building-trade maintenance across residential and commercial properties in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, flooring, wall, and other building issues; maintaining service records; renovating homes for move-in; snow removal; and preventative maintenance. The role requires independent and team work, communication, a valid driver's license, physical ability to move equipment, comfort with heights and ladders, and willingness to work on call and non-traditional hours.
