Uncommon is hiring a permanent, on-site Maintenance Technician for Monday–Friday work. The role involves general office building repairs, fabric and redecoration work, inspection, installation and troubleshooting of appliances, ventilation and control panels, compliance and safety checks, and coordination of maintenance tasks through a CAFM system.
