UPS is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Buildings and Systems Engineering team in Milan. The role maintains and optimizes automated sorting and material-handling systems, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnoses electrical, mechanical, and PLC faults, supports reliability and process improvement, manages technical documentation and spare parts, and collaborates with suppliers and operations teams. The position is permanent, full-time on shifts, and requires relevant technical training, knowledge of automated systems and PLCs, diagram-reading and troubleshooting skills, Italian and English proficiency, and field availability. The annual gross salary starts at EUR 35,000.
