Description
UWM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair their corporate campus. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in facilities or commercial construction, covering carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects across over 2 million square feet of office space. Responsibilities include maintaining building automation systems, performing carpentry and painting, conducting minor maintenance, assisting customers and team members, and responding to emergencies. The role requires adherence to safety procedures and flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
