Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for scheduled and corrective maintenance of HVAC, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, burglar alarm, and fire detection systems. The role includes troubleshooting, repairs, customer communication, safe working practices, coordination with the planning team, and flexible response to urgent call-outs. Candidates should have a Technical Secondary Education diploma, preferably in Electromechanics, Climate Control, or Installation Technology, a category B driving license, and flexibility for overtime, Saturdays, and occasional on-call work.
